Frequently asked questions

Is CASHFY real-money trading?
No. CASHFY is 100% paper trading: real market prices, virtual money. Nothing you do buys or sells actual securities, and we never connect to a brokerage.
How much does it cost?
Free. Create an account and you get a virtual portfolio immediately. Default position size is $1,000 paper dollars per trade (you can change it).
How does the dip scanner actually work?
Every 5 minutes during US market hours, the radar scores all 503 S&P 500 stocks across four weighted pillars — technicals, fundamentals, news sentiment and macro. High scores become opportunity cards with entry price, target, stop-loss and an estimated hold horizon derived from how fast that stock historically recovered from similar dips.
Is this financial advice?
No. CASHFY is an educational game. Signals are algorithmic opinions that can be — and often are — wrong. Use it to learn and have fun, not to make investment decisions.
Where does the market data come from?
Free public market data feeds. Quotes can be delayed up to 15 minutes; fundamentals refresh nightly; company headlines refresh continuously during market sessions.
What's the Brain?
The self-tuning layer. Every signal that ever fires is graded on whether the trade hit its target, and once enough trades close, the pillar weights adjust weekly — bounded, transparent, with full history visible to every player.
How is the leaderboard ranked?
By realized paper P&L. Win rate, XP level and performance versus simply buying the S&P 500 are shown alongside, so lucky one-trade wonders are easy to spot.
Can I lose anything?
Only your leaderboard rank. No payment method is ever collected for playing.
